Shipping policy

Every item in our shop is printed just for you when you order, so please allow a little extra time.

Processing time
Most orders are printed and packed within 2 to 7 business days. Books and larger items can take a little longer.

Shipping costs
Shipping within the United States is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. The amount is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. Because items are made in different places, a larger order may arrive in more than one package at no extra charge.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 8 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Digital downloads
Digital printables are delivered by email right after purchase, with no shipping needed.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email studio@jamielawrencegallery.com and we'll make it right.

Original paintings
Shipping, delivery and installation for original paintings are arranged personally for each sale.
