Welcome to Jamie Lawrence Gallery. By using shop.jamielawrencegallery.com (the "shop") or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain English.
Who we are
The shop is run by Jamie Lawrence Gallery and powered by Shopify. Our products are printed to order and shipped by our printing partners, including Printful.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. Shipping times shown are estimates.
Products
We work hard to show colors and details accurately, but screens differ and printed items may vary a little from the photos. Books and other products are made to order, so small differences are normal.
Digital products
Digital printables are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print them for your home or as a gift, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains how we handle damaged or misprinted items, made-to-order items and digital downloads. It's part of these terms.
Original paintings
Original paintings are offered by inquiry. Their price, payment, delivery and viewing terms are agreed separately in writing for each sale.
Artwork and copyright
All artwork, book text, illustrations, photos and designs on this shop belong to Jamie Lawrence and are protected by copyright. Buying a product or print does not give you the right to copy or reproduce the artwork.
Using the shop
Please don't misuse the shop, for example by trying to break its security, copying its content, or using it for anything unlawful.
Limits of responsibility
We provide the shop "as is." To the extent the law allows, Jamie Lawrence Gallery isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
